I am about to introduce you to a wonderful and unique coffee company, Sogno Coffee and I would like to thank Alissa Napoletano, the founder, for the opportunity to write this product review. This is truly gourmet coffee at it's best. I recently had the pleasure of tasting two of the ground Sogno coffee flavors, Nuvola-Cloud (decaf) and Vento-The Wind (Espresso), both robust and delightful. They also offer coffee beans in each flavor and they believe in roasting the finest Arabica beans in their one of a kind, custom built roaster, to bring their customers quality coffee.  You can purchase Sogno coffee in 10oz. or 16 oz. packages. One of the many qualities of this exceptionally flavorful coffee is the low acidity effect for drinkers, like myself, who have acid reflux. Though I chose to review Nuvola-Cloud (decaf), which is slightly higher in acidity, it didn't cause any problems for me, which was a relief. The second coffee I chose to try is Vento-The Wind (Espresso) and again, though a little higher in acidity than the other two flavors they offer, that I did not try, it didn't have any negative effects on my acid reflux. They also offer Cielo-The Sky (Medium Roast) and Sole-The Sun (Bold), which are lower in acidity than the two flavors I tried but I cannot comment on the quality or taste of Cielo and Sole, because I didn't try them.

The moment the coffee arrived-still in the packages-unopened, the smell was very aromatic. My husband, who does not drink coffee-enthusiastically said, "that coffee smells good." I can honestly say that I can walk into my kitchen now, stand a couple of feet away from the coffee and the aroma continues to awaken my senses. 

What is so unique about this coffee company is that each of the four flavors is described in creative descriptions:

Vento-The Wind (Espresso)-It can cool the sun's power, blow away the clouds or playfully cool a warm day. cool, hot or frigid a welcomed friend or untamed force.  

Nuvola-Cloud (Decaf)-Moisture and air meet in a nebulous entity. The playful one, here one moment and gone the next-playing hide and seek with the sun. It is an amorphous ever changing form  light to dark-sugar spun or threatening. The master of rain and shade can block the sun's power or let its radiance shine through.

*Important Note from Sogno Coffee Company* It is important to store your coffee properly to keep it fresh. Keep at room temperature, sealed in an air tight container. Avoid plastic containers as your coffee's flavor may be compromised. Expect to use your coffee beans within 1 to 2 weeks.
